I do believe, that the first card is a Floppy Controller named : Universal Driver Controller (aka UDC) typically build by VTech
Second card (just my thoughts) could be a switchable ROM card... while I'm not sure what the content of the ROMs could be.

The second one is a card from the company later known as "memsoft"
