Does Anybody have the 48K & 128K versions Of Tetris By Spectrum Holobyte

I've read that the Apple II version Of Tetris by Spectrum Holobyte came packageed 3 disks. One with with the IIgs version, one with a Single Hi-Res Version For 48k Apple II computers and one with a Double Hi-Res Graphics Version for and 128K Apple II computers Does anybody have the Single Hi-Res 48K or Double Hi-Res 128K Apple IIe/IIc versions of Tetris by Spectrum Holobyte?

There were also a couple of knock-offs;
-Columns,1991, Foegelle, Michael, Like Tetris, but better in DHR
-Tetris II, Jokersoft

asimov has only the GS version and the Tetris II clone. can anybody send me the DHR 128K and the 48k Apple IIe //c versions? as dsk images?
