Well, I was somewhat surprised to see this article:

Someone, with plenty of time, has meticulously drawn frames from the Star Wars trailer and transferred them to an Apple IIc using a Koala Pad. This took 48 floppies and I guess months of work.
Take a look at the link, there is a video of it playing on a IIc.
Yeah, this is really great!
