New Mimeo 1 Project

This is my first post as I have purchased a Mimeo 1 board from Mike Willegal. He provides great service, by the way!

In doing the research, I have noticed most people use vintage/historic parts to complete the project. Anyhow, I wanted to take a little different approach on this build and use the newest modern parts available to complete the board. Does anyone have any suggestions on what new parts will work well in the board?

Thank you very much for your time.

You did an amazing job with Mimeo 1 board. In fact, I have that picture set as my wallpaper on my computer. I really like the custom keyboard you built for your computer too.

I am really bummed out that the clones of the Datanetics keyboard are sold out. I would love to have one of those keyboards with the custom keycaps you have on your setup.

Forget the custom keyboard, I love the ceramic 6502 and the "gold" voltage regulator... The rarest of parts!!!!

Cheers,
