I would like to start collecting old, educational Apple IIe software onto my Windows PC. What are some good websites for searching and downloading from? What file system(s) are these programs in when saving to a modern Windows PC?
Thank you

Punchy,
They always have a selection of Apple II Educational Software listed on eBay. There used to be a seller there that had an exceptional amount of it at fantastic prices, but he has since moved and stopped selling.
Good Hunting.
There is a large collection of educational software for the Apple II at the Asimov web archive, located here:
ftp://ftp.apple.asimov.net/pub/apple_II/images/educational/
The majority of them are disk images that you can run in an Apple II emulator, such as AppleWin. If you have a real Apple II handy and download this program:
http://adtpro.sourceforge.net/
and get the required cable to hook your modern computer up to the Apple II you can transfer the disk images over to the Apple II and make real disks out of them to use on the real hardware.
Just my two cents worth,
Dean
Wow that is a lot of programs. Thanks!
