PowerPC 5500 with OS 8.1, question on java

Hi,
Can anyone tell me the last version of the following software that will run on a PowerPC 5500 with 40gb HD and 182mb RAM?

1. Java (What was the last version to have 8.1 support?)
2. IE or Netscape browsers. What are the latest versions to get?
3. Stuffit?
4. Antivirus software Norton, Mcafee, AVG?

If any of you can also tell me where I can find these files, I'd appreciate it. The Java files don't seem to exist all the sites I looked at seem to only mention Tiger OS 10
