My soon to be mother in law asked me to facilitate the sale of her 40gb 3rd generation iPod. It's in near mint condition (no scratches on the case, clickwheel, or anything), and comes with a new set of earbud headphones, charger, and firewire cable. Also included is a glow in the dark iSkin cover that it's been in since it was new. I've been playing with it, and must say that it's as close to buying a brand new 3g iPod 40gb as you're going to come. It's seen nothing other than love. I'd like to get $200 for it.

Ummm, are you sure it's a 3G?

Ummm, are you sure it's a 3G? Just curious, because only the 4G's and beyond have clickwheels.

Sorry for the typo

Yeah, it's a 3g. I meant to say the wheel annd buttons, but since I have a clickwheel that I have personally, I wrote the wrong thing. My mistake. I can provide pictures upon request.

Update

The iPod is still available, and I am willing to entertain offers. Shoot me a PM, or whatnot, and we can work it out from there. I can provide pictures upon request. (bear in mind that the pictures will be large - 6.3mp in resolution - so very little will be left to the imagination)

Update - Price Reduced

I'm lowering the price to $160 shipped. Considering that a 1gb Nano sells for $149, and you're getting 40 times the capacity with this, I think it's a deal. Granted no color screen or ability to view photos, but with the Nano, you still can't show them on a tv. PM me or e-mail/iChat me at
