Well, I've tried to sell and get rid of that AIO, and shipping seems to be the killer there. The CRT Is nearly hosed and it would be better to re-case the mobo... Anyway, How much room is actually in the CRT portion of the AIO? I thought about making a MacQuarium out of the shell, and ATX or hacking the rest of the system into another case. Any suggestion on what thickness of material I should use, standard plexiglass or acrylic, types of sealant, etc..? Theres enough room underneath to put the pump and power supplies, and I could even make the lid a fliptop for easy access. Any info or ideas would be great.

Just had a thought; why not pull the CRT out of it and hack in a fish tank but leave the working parts in the bottom half using an external monitor for a display? That'd be kinda cool! A nice LCD in front of you with the MacQuarium off to the side of your desk.
And hey, if you had a higher horsepower machine that could benefit from a liquid cooling system, it'd be right there!
If you don't go for it, maybe someone else? You could sweeten the deal by yanking the CRT before shipping time, which would reduce the shipping cost.
Yeah, I may sell the stripped shell, but leave the mobo tray and drive sleds intact, then put the board and drives into an ATX case. I dont know if I can do the project yet since money is tight.
