What kind of glue do I need for this pictured part?

I need to glue a piece back to the pictured area of my Tibook 400mhz. Is the area designated by the arrow titanium or plastic or something else? And what kind of glue should I use?

That's a form of plastic. When I had a Titanium, mine cracked so I disassembled it and used a tiny tiny dab of Epoxy and it still hasn't come apart.
