Reviews on WiNGs A/V card needed(the one that's built in to the beige g3s)

I'm debating on weather i should buy one
I'm trying to convert some film i have to digital. I've got it all on 8mm tapes recorded by a cannon es100. My beige g3 is overclocked to 300mhz, it has a 10gb 10,000 RPM scsi drive on the internal bus, an 80gb 7200rpm hard drive on the internal bus and 384mb of ram. Will i be able to record at 29.97 at 640x480, with sound?

The Video portion of the WING

The Video portion of the WINGs card does not work under OS X, IIRC. Should work fine with OS 9 though.

I would suggest a video card

i would suggest getting a video card with video in. The Wings card does 320x240 iirc, and it's not as good as people think, as I have used it.

I would recommend a 16MB Video card pulled froma G3 with video in.
