I have two Titanium Powerbooks, 400 MHz VGA, to part out.
I cannot get either unit to power on.
The only things that appear to be in good condition externally are, surprisingly, the LCDs.

I've found that disconnecting the PRAM battery almost always brings tibooks and pismos back to life. Well, machines that won't power on at all anyway.
