Just that. Any of you guys know of one? I've used BBEdit for years and am now looking for a good substitute. The thing that I've really hung onto and really enjoyed about BBEdit was the tool list of HTML tags, one click and enter a few attributes and you're good to go. Maybe I'm just lazy but it really helped since I've never trusted WYSIWYG editors and I do everything by hand.

I don't do Windows, but I'm told by a good friend that EditPlus is da bomb for a cheap Windows-based text editor. Even compared to more expensive ones.
But really, wouldn't you rather stick with a Mac and BBEdit?
Nvu Allows you to do WYSIWYG, and do the Tags like you wanted. I would suggest giving it a try. It also does FTP Uploads and all that fun stuff. I use it to design my site, and it's pretty easy to catch on.
BBEdit was a substitution for TextPad when I switched a crew to Macs in 2000.
Thanks for your ideas. So far it looks like Nvu is the closest to what I'm looking for...at a decent price too. I'm also looking into Notepad ++ http://notepad-plus.sourceforge.net/uk/site.htm. It is also free. Nothing is like BBEdit but if I really wanted that then I would stick with a Mac. But that really isn't going to happen.
Textpad is pretty good, and it has modules that allow specialized formatting for different languages. I used to use textpad when I coded java on a pc, it's a pretty decent editor. Now I just use the newest version of dreamweaver if I really have to do html, it generates clean proper html and you can edit the html itself.
