Hi,
Recently my Color Classic floppy is unable to format floppy disks - it finishes most of the format process but on the updating disk stage it stops and says the disk is defective. Doing the same on my other Mac doesn't shows any problems with the floppy disk. I tried many floppies and the same behavior to all of them. I also tried to copy files to a formatted floppy disk but only few files were copied and I got a disk error message.
What can be the problem?
Can it be fixed with a floppy drive cleaning kit?
