Finally opened up My Apple and found....

Well after ordering a Super Serial Card from the states (they are impossible to find in the UK), I had to finally whip the top off my iie to fit it inside I found the following

1 Apple 64k memory expansion card
1 Disk drive controller Card
1 Grappler Printer Interface Card

and finally

1 card that's marked up Z80. Is this a card you'd normally expect to find in an Apple ? forgive my ignorance if it is, I'm still pretty new to the world of Apple Smile

One great thing is, with the Serial Card I can now transfer disk images from my PC !!

Z80 Card

Panther,

I wouldn't say it's "Normal" to find one, but if it came with the system and you want to write CP/M programs yourself, then it's a great plus. Now, if it came with the Z80 disk and manuals you're that much further ahead, but if not then you can go up to eBay and the usually have the software for auction.
Enjoy the new toy. Smile

The Z80 card is nice to have if you want to use C/PM on the Apple II. You can download C/PM images from Asimov that you can transfer to the Apple II via your PC, since you've got a Super Serial Card now.

Thats what I meant...

Thats It! CP/M LOL I knew I had my software mixed up. I changed my first entry to say what I meant to say. That's what I get for trying to answer things without having my cup of coffee first.
