Finding Donkey kong & Display issues

I've got DK off Asimov, but when I transfer with ADTpro it says 'Transferred with errors', game boots but then freezes, anyone know where else I can get it from ?

Also I've tried 'Aliens', 'RamboFirstBlood' & 'Starwars', all seem to transfer and boot up OK, but the display appears corrupted, is a seperate display controller required, or it just a bad transfer/download ?

I've managed to get 'Burgertime', 'Commando' and 'Zaxxon' working OK, so I must be doing something right Smile

Re; Finding Donkey Kong and Display issues

I just checked the Virtual II website and they have a copy of Donkey Kong there that you can download and try transferring to your Apple II.
By the way which Apple II are you using?

Hope that helps. They might have copies of the other games you have had trouble with.

Errors on a receive are media write errors - meaning there might be something physically wrong with the disk you're writing to. Are you using the same one for multiple tries (and failures)?

The three different images of Donkey Kong on Asimov boot and run fine in an emulator, so it's something downstream from the image that's causing problems.
