I'll star off by saying that I really don't know much about Macs. I'm an A2 guy.
Anyway, I've had this Mac Classic for awhile and the keyboard/mouse are completely inoperative. I know the keyboard and mouse are ok, I tried them out on my friend's Mac SE. The computer boots up fine and seems to work well otherwise. Can somebody point me in the right direction?

Its possible that your ADB (the connection for keyboard and mouse) bus has been fried.
The computer boots up fine, I assume?
My best guesses.
Yeah, boots up normally.
So I guess my best bet is opening the thing up and checking the connector and cable.

I guess I need to come up with a 'Mac Cracker' any idea how long the T15 driver needs to be?
There's no cable. The connector is soldered directly to the motherboard. I'd check for appropriate voltages on the pins, but that probably isn't going to tell you much.
Get thee hence to Sears. They have a T15 with a 6" shank for about $7 US.
