Putting together a Eamon Adventure Collection.

Ok , time to get this forum going again :O) I am working on a collection of Eamon games , does anyone know about or exactly , how many adventures were written for Eamon? I know this was a popular Text Adventure Platform....

Thanks...

Hold on......

Patrick,

There is a website for Eamon. It has almost all of the games available for download. I have to search through my list of sites, but if you Google it the sites will show up. Smile

Hi,
It has already been done. The CD works on a real IIgs as well. Unless he quit doing it. Here is the write via A2 web.

# EAMON CD Collection
Celebrating twenty years of computerized fantasy role-playing gaming on the Apple II. The newsletter of the Eamon Adventurers' Guild is no longer actively published by Tom Zuchowski, though back issues of the EAG newsletter are available via the web. Tom Z. is selling a CD compilation of EVERYTHING Eamon for $3.00. This CD includes some 220 MB of Eamon stuff in over 1600 files, and Tom plans to keep selling it as long as people want it. The CD has a full set of DOS 3.3 and ProDOS Eamons for both native Apple II and emulator and also native MS-DOS versions, includes four of the best emulators for PC and Mac, a full set of newsletter back issues going back to 1984, maps, pictures, and quite a lot more stuff. It uses the universal ISO9660 format that works with PC's and Macs. Tom welcomes email from people who have questions about Eamon, and you can reach him at at

eamoncd@bellsouth.net to order the Eamon CD, or just to chat about Eamon.
