i'm using itunes 4.6 with an utmost cd burner and the dvd drive that came in my gateway. when i start windows, i get an error message saying that my system has "recovered from a serious error" and when i shut down i get a blue screen saying that windows has been shut down to prevent damage to my system, and gives me a location for a minidump file. itunes is identified in the dump file. when i unistall either the CD drives or itunes the problem is resolved. i was wondering if anybody else has had this problem, and how they fixed it if possible.
i'm running windows XP on a gateway with 128 megs of ram
thanks
themike
