I have a few back of my mind ideas for an SE, most of which are cost prohibitive, so I am fishing for ideas on what you would use an SE for if you had an extra one (or do have one) on hand.
I figured I could go all out and restore it, or I could hack a little, or (unlimited budget) gut it and drop in a (9" or 10") LCD, a miniMac (with Bluetooth) and as many drives as I could cram in the case (an possibly a battery pack to make the whole thing portable (albeit heavy). One could even drop an early version of iTunes on it and a 9G internal HD and use it as a little juke box.
I really do have a good clean slate here (and a limited budget), but just do not know which way to go just yet.
What would you do? What uses would you use it for?
