This cannot be true. Apple is a hardware company...they make the vast majority of their money from selling hardware. They have to provide some software, such as the OS, because they chose to carry out a closed platform. Now I do firmly believe that somewhere deep inside Apple, they do have OSX running on x86 hardware, but I don't think OSX will ever be sold to run on x86 computers. If this day ever comes, this will be a sign of the apocalypse...that Apple is not being serious anymore and won't be around much longer.
