I am eyeing the possibility of putting an Adaptec Powerdomain 29160 Mac version SCSI PCI card into a Powermac 6500 upgraded with a Sonnet G3 L2 processor. Has anyone tried this combination and had any issues with it? I want to hook up a SCSI Atlas V internal harddrive and an extenal Epson Expression SCSI scanner to the card, as well as maybe moving the 6500's internal SCSI CD drive and Zip drive to the card. I suspect I might have too many cables blocking airflow with this configuration, though.
