still looking for a nice apple //c system

I'm still looking for an apple //c system (green small monitor, stand and computer with cables and disks, boxes would be nice to but not necessary). If anyone has anything for sale with pictures other than current ebay offers please let me know as well as asking prices.

Rubber feet for the Apple iie.

I have some very good news, my Apple ii friends! RadioShack has again decided to produce the correct rubber feet for the Apple iie. There was no reason for me to reveal this knowledge before because this product was seemingly discontinued. If you are looking for replacement rubber feet for your Apple iie to do a REAL RESTORATION... Then look no further than catalog number 6400256. Although their website does not show the feet that I am referring to the description clearly says, "two styles". The other "style" is the one we are interested in.

Apple II game featuring bi-planes

I have a vague memory of a dogfight style game but that featured biplanes instead of jets. Maybe it was some other type of aerial combat. Ring any bells?

Monitor II issues... what needs to be replaced?

My personal Monitor II has started acting up. It no longer displays anything but a vertical line down the center.

You can see it here:

What do I need to replace to fix it? Admittedly I've never had any issues with a monitor II; so I don't honestly know whats wrong with it...

GSOS 6.0.3 Bugs anyone?

Anybody experience any anomolies with GSOS 6.0.3?

It would seem .dsk images that I could write fine before with Asimov or DiskMaker? On top of that I can get exactly 1 image made with DiskMaker then then the 5.25 drives aren't recognized anymore. AND I can get exactly 1 image made with Asimov, upon attempting the second the GS bombs with a "Fatal System error." SCSI devices in use or not seems to make no difference.

Anyone?

Anyone know who to report bugs to?

IIgs upgrades - getting RamFAST Rev D working

On cold start the RamFAST is not recognized. The computer boots using the CFFA 3000 CF card neither CVTech.ROM nor the Apple 80SC does not show up. However, if I issue a restart from GS/OS, the computer reboots and both show up.

Is this a card issue (failing part)?
Timing issue (that I can adjust someplace)?
A power supply issue (not able to provide enough current at startup)?

Trying to solve II keyboard mystery

As I wrote previously, I discovered clear evidence that the keyboard in my Rev 04 ought to have a raised square power light rather than the earlier power key. I believe the raised square piece is the same piece used in the flush mounted II+ configuration, just mounted a bit higher? I was wondering if anyone had a picture of a raised square keyboard showing what the power cap is mounted on.

Rev 02 video position

After a week of cleaning keys, reseating chips and all that, I finally have a fully working Rev 02! Except one thing -- when I first power the computer on, the video is vertically in the wrong position.. like the whole thing is moved down two lines or so, so the Apple ][ logo is lower than it should be, and you can't see anything when you get to the bottom lines as you type. If I tap my composite connector at the back, after a few taps, sometimes it reverts to the correct position. But it doesn't always hold.. you can see it starting to wig out a bit, and then finally move down.

Apple II/II+ Power Lights...

I have the Apple II registry up and running and ran into some different power light configurations, and wanted to ask the community.

One of my "flush" power light machines has no "power" embossed or printed on it. I thought maybe someone cleaned it off years ago, but I see no trace of it. I noticed another II+ on eBay with the same "issue". (http://www.ebay.com/itm/201469359878)

Is this just a variant? It appears so. The keyboard is definately not after-market, as far as I can tell.
