QuickTake 150

Hello all!
I recently was given a QuickTake 150 camera but I need the software for it. I can't find the extensions or control panel anywhere, VersionTracker sez I gotta call Apple and buy it on floppies (yeah, right) and Apple only has the QT 100 drivers for download (which will *not* work with the 150). Does anyone out here have a copy of the QuickTake 2.0.2 software? All I need are the drivers--I don't need PhotoFlash. If someone could point me to a download link or magically make disk images appear in my e-mail inbox I'd be mighty appreciative.
