I don't have a problem with him in particular, But I got scammed by Macinrock. Not sure if it's the same guy or not.
Send him $60 for a HP Jornada and shipping. He confirm getting the money and send the HP out UPS.
That was in August. I'll emailing him with no reply.
I know it's buyers beware for anything off the internet. But, I still think the Market Place could use some sort of feedback/rating system to help prevent this sort of stuff

Adding in to this,
I sent him a Mac->TV adapter box (wow my memory is failing me) and a quicktake for some ram that my server still desperately needs. I got the "my g/f dumped me" from the forums, and when I emailed him, it was supposedly his wife giving me a response, saying he was dead.
Sheesh.

What ever inclined you to think this was a legit deal is beyond me. Next time before you do anything like this ask yourself this, would you do the same thing? Why would be willingly give you a Wallstreet for a 1400? The wallstreet is a much better machine. If you had a Wallstreet you trade it for a 1400? Didn't think so.

I doubt he was banned. He told me he left the boards (when he was imacman), and when he returned as captainkirkstone, he didnt stay for long. In fact he stayed less than he did as the other name.
