iBook (Dual USB) Revision?

Got a mailing blurb from Apple today about the special offers curently offered with the iMac, cut price printers, palmtops, MP3 players, etc.  being expanded to cover the iBook range...
 
What's the chances this signifies a revision to the new iBook?
   
The offers are meant to end 14th October it's the Paris expo September 24-30th (I might go, it's certainly closer than NY!)
 
BTW Steve's doing the keynote and Apple's Press office quotes him as "My keynote will focus on Mac OS X v10.1, the super-fast new version of  
Mac OS X and our revolutionary new iDVD 2 software, which lets users  
create their own custom DVDs that can be played on consumer DVD players,"

Those offers are for the purchase of any Mac.  I work at a Apple Specialist and let me tell you from what I have heard and by just picking up the Lexmark Z-23 box those thing aren't very good.  None of my customers have shown any interest in buying any of the other items.
