I was polishing and buffing up my Apple ///+ and got to thinking about games, or rather the lack of games. Games and science software. There seems to be none! Nothing to take advantage of the ///'s hardware? How disappointing..
I am aware of the ///'s Apple II emulation mode, but that's it. Just aware of it.

You have to remember that the /// was meant to be Apples
"Business" machine. No one in the office was supposed to be
on it playing games. lol
By the time the II emulator rolled around, it was almost too late
to do anything with it.
The ///'s were being pulled due to the heat problems
and the chips popping off the boards.
That's what you get when you design something by committee.

I remember using the demo disk on/for the ///. There was a lovely animation of a grid of boxes each with a horse pictured (in different gradients of grayscale) and the horse galloping (if this is a correct memory). I thought "wow, great power, what a waste."
