This query about integer ROMs has led me to a couple questions. My goal for this Apple II I have is to get it as close to original spec as possible. Here is what I know about the case and keyboard which were the genesis of this:
Case serial is A2S1-38495
Keyboard is date stamped Dec 17, 1979
Would I be more correct with the black slot Rev 04 board I have now (date code: 8024) or with something earlier? I understand the green slot Rev 04s ended sometime between mid 79 and early 1980.
What date code of Integer ROMs would most likely have been in there?
I just don't know enough about Apple II production on my own to be sure. I don't know if the case and keyboard would have been produced and stored for a time before final assembly or if they would have been assembled with a board right away, etc.
Thanks again for any advice.
For a budget you could just keep the rev 4 you have. For accuracy; this is the one you would want:

You could re-sell yours to maker up the price.
The integer ROM's would probably be date coded 79.
Thanks transwarp!! Yes I bid on it. Put a stupid high one so I don't miss it. I'm wondering if I can replicate the success of the vendor and get a price close to what I paid. No idea how it got that high.
Falter and Transwarp,
Wow!
I'm not so sure that this isn't starting to get into the "Laughable" range for board prices or not.
lol
