Need suggestions for a Mac platform

I am looking for a Mac platform/OS combination that will have the following abilities. It doesn't necessarily have to be a Power PC (although it might) or the newest or best platform.

1)Be able to connect to the internet
2)Be able to be used as a BBS system
3)Be able to either emulate an Apple IIe computer or have a PDS slot for the Apple IIe card.
4)Be able to run the ABC programming language

Any and all suggestions are appreciated.

If you want to go the route of using the actual Apple IIe Compatibility Card, then you're definitely stuck to a pre-PPC machine.
