I don't know if this has been posted here, but this guy has set up a pretty simple method of getting the //c etc online with a raspberry pi.

As a IIc user, this is pretty cool! If had a IIe, I would get the Uthernet II. Been thinking about getting a IIe.

Re: Uthernet II

I'm a beta tester for it, and my card arrived yesterday. Read my Uthernet II report here. This is going to be one heck of a cool card! The TCP/IP stack is built-in.

Here is my report on the Uthernet II beta in an Apple IIgs. It's a little disappointing, but it does show some hope.

Re: Uthernet II

Does anyone know when this will be GA and what the price will be?

I was going to work on one using the ENC28J60 (also has IP stack, and is available in through-hole 28-pin dip - easier for prototyping) but if this one is this far ahead, it's probably best to go with it.

Re: Uthernet II

Has anyone heard anymore about this?

There have been no updates for many months and I'm just curious as the where things are. Eagerly waiting to buy one.

I tried contacting Glenn, but he does not reply.

Nope, all quiet on the Western front... he had to go back and sort out some interrupt line issues as I recall. Real Life(tm) may have intervened as well.

As it does all too often.

Thanks David.

Glenn Jones sent us all an email on September 30th saying that he's still working on debugging the signals.
