trying to locate a particular freeware

im looking for a software to speed up osx performance on low end machines, last i knew version 1.3 was still freeware, does anyone still have this app? the application is WincompressX .

BTW could you post a link to what you was looking for. still you need to try shadow killer it will take the shadows away from all windows and OS X and it will run faster.
