Added a superdrive to the on-going iBook mod...

Next is the 1U rack-mounted G3/600 using the older iBook parts and a few add-ons. Wink
I have a 12Gb HDD, the old combo drive and a cd-rom drive, and a few cheapo parts off ebay.... all going into a discarded 1U case from my bf's work.

NICE!!

Nice but rather than the triangles just do silver (to match the Keyboard frame) on the back and bottom.
Keep the retro logo and upgrade the HD, add a T in front of the i in iBook and sell it to me!!

The insert is totally swappab

The insert is totally swappable. The triangles is just what is in there now...

And it was a free (for me) mod/upgrade... so, if you can find me a free larger than 20GB HDD, let me know. Wink

Wow!

That looks great. I especially like the multicoloured Apple logo; it goes great with the triangle background.
