F/S: Samsung 256MB PC100 SO-DIMM

Samsung M464S3323BN0-L1L 256MB PC100 SO-DIMM. 16 chips, 8 per side, low density DIMM. These have been used with Pismos, as I see from Googling. I tried it in my Tecra 8000, and it would recognize and use it if it was the only SO-DIMM in the laptop, as it has a limit of 256MB. This would be great for many PC-100 based Apple laptops, and PC-100 PCs, including ones that need low-density RAM like ones using the 440bx chipset.

$40 + shipping takes it.

I'm willing to put it in the Tecra and run memtest86+ for a while if you want to have it stressfully tested before I ship.

I'm open to offers on the 256MB SO-DIMM. I also have a pair of 64MB SO-DIMMs available too: the stock Toshiba THLY648021BFG-10 8Mx64 SO-DIMM from the Tecra, and a Kingston Noteworthy KTT8000/64 CE (HYUNDAI chips), and I am open to offers on one, or the pair, plus shipping.

The 256MB SO-DIMM is gone. The two 64MB SO-DIMMs are still available and I will take offers on them.
