DIY Joystick or Paddle for Apple ][+ or ][e?

Does anyone know where to get a Joystick or Paddle for and Apple ][+ or ][e?
Are there ANY instructions on how to build one with a parts list and such?
I'd prefer to build one but would be willing to buy one if possible...
