Best ram for a G4 12" Aluminum 867 mhz laptop??

Thinking of picking up some ram for my "Choco" G4 12" aluminim 867mhz laptop, and I want to know what is the best ram, best performance I can get?

So far I have heard that the best that will work, and best performance is:

512 mb
PC2100
DDR2
266mhz
SODIMM

This is the best that has been found to work right?

You can't use DDR2 in the 12"

You can't use DDR2 in the 12" PBs.

... what I said above was correct, minus the DDR2 part?
