I just bundled Ken Wessen's fixed version of the original Java pom1 into a MacOS X app pom1.app for my own double-clicking pleasure.
Others may find this handy. I can't seem to attach it here (upload function rejects .dmg and .zip extensions), so I have uploaded it to my website at the following url:
http://mark.aufflick.com/files/index?folder_id=1387
Sorry for the cross post, but anyone finding this thread may also be interested in my OSX app packaged version of the C version 0.0.1 (from pom1.sf.net) availbale in the same location as the Java version:

I updated the download to include basic in rom (E000) and the Krusader assembler (at F000) - same download location.
There seems to be a bug in the assembler code for download - and it differs from the code in Ken's Java emulator. Unfortunately I can't do a straight dump from his emulator because it's the 65C02 version and I'd like to keep the emulator a pure 6502.
I've emailed Ken - hopefully he will reply. Is anyone interested in this? There seems to have been a flurry of interest earlier this year and not so much lately.
I did reply. It was quite a surprise to find someone interested in this stuff so close.
I had a look at Mark's package, and the binary ROM files he has included are (for whatever reason) wrong. They do not correspond to the ones on my website, so I'd recommend updating from there and all should be well.
Ken
p.s. keep in mind that the 65C02 support in the emulator I distribute is optional (turned on by using the system property -D65C02="yes")
I thought I had double-checked the roms - but I guess not. I'll update my package with the roms from your site.
Thanks for the followup Ken.
PS: I have my A-One kit on it's way
If you find the roms are not the problem, then the other possibility is something is overwriting them. If there is such a bug in the assembler I'd be very keen to sort it out, so please if you can reproduce the problem let me know as much of the context as possible.
Congratulations on getting the kit.
Ken
