Of no enduring consequence ...

My home city uses GMT + 10:00 when summer time (daylight saving, or what-you-will) is not in force. That latter being over for this year, even though I reset time display in my profile, I find all displayed times to be out by half-an-hour.

in the dropdown menu in My Account. It is half-an-hour out in the offset from GMT, assuming that Greenwich has not moved towards the West.
