Free Web Design Software for Mac (know of any?)

Hey,

Know this guy who is switching to Mac and used to use Frontpage for his design work (yeah, yeah, I know). Is there any freeware Mac web design software that is better than Frontpage (how hard is that?). He's not a sophisticated designer so it doesn't have to be Dreamweaver level, just simple HTML-generating

NVu is supposedly a good alte

NVu is supposedly a good alternative, and open source, though I must admit I haven't tried it myself.

I've never played with them, but there are HTML and CSS options in the prefs of Textedit.
