Upgrade IIgs ROM from version 00 to 01

I have a NEW Apple IIgs, I threw in some cards I have and it still works fine. I have a ROM Version 00 though, which will not let me run GS/OS System 6.0.1, correct? How do I upgrade that ROM too a Version 01?

The Official Rom 0 to Rom 01

The Official Rom 0 to Rom 01 upgrade was just a Rom 01 chip and a VGC chip which fixed a problem with a "pink fringe" effect with certain graphics displays.
