a good BBS number

What is a still good working BBS number I can dial up to with a 300 baud modem? Thanks!

Even if found a good working BBS number, you would have to have an Apple II terminal program like Pro Term or Ascci Express and you stll migth to configure your string init manually.

King's market BBS

Well now I am connected to a BBS number, but I need to register to have a full access account thing. So what is another number that will work on the 300 baud modem? Give me places to look or a number you know will work... Also, what do I type in the Terminal thing now that I am connected? What do I do?

There should be prompts for you to follow to register with the BBS so you can access all the areas it has to offer.

As to other BBS numbers, since you have Internet access, here's a link someone posted in your previous thread that might help you find other BBS's you can access:

Sweet! I found an awesome BBS number to dial up to, I think all you guys should get your modems ready for this one:

Dial-Number: 1-604-266-5271
Speeds supported: 300 baud to 33.6K

Awesome, I am registered, check it out!
You can do messaging, downloading/uploading files, I think some games, and more! Dial-up to it and register!

Sign-Up for the BandMaster!

I have been using the Bandmaster for a while and found it very cool, there are so many message areas it would take you hours to look through all of them! There are over 550+ message areas. Anyone can register, it's free, and it helps with a lot of things. All you need is your modem and old computer! Just dial-up and then try it out. I hope everyone who reads this message logs on to it, at least try it out!

Again, dial-up, register, and do everything you want. I am registered as Austin Ramsay and I check the CHAT.2 message area everyday and the Sysop will respond to you and do almost anything you want added to it, change things, or get rid of things!
