My Apple II will not turn on :-(

I am using a voltage transformer on an original Apple II but it will not turn on.
Have tried 50 watts and 100 watts but niether work. The 50 watt tranformer gives a humming noise on the internal Apple power supply.
I have a multimeter which shows a voltage output of 120VAC from the 100 watt transformer.

Any suggestions?

There is no power output volt

There is no power output voltage from the Apple power supply
The internal fuse of the Apple power supply is OK and has connectivity.
