PC files to Cassette?

Apple II
Hello! I've been looking for a program to make sound files to load at my II+... But I found nothing.
Is there any way to convert emulator files to sound for recording on a tape? I suppose only old programs would work, from the early days of Apple II, those who didn't work under DOS.
Any help is welcome
