ibook G3 logic board interchange

Is it possible to replace the logic board of a 14 inch 800MHz G3 ibook with one from a 900MHz G3 14 inch ibook? The logic board of the former failed owing to the infamous graphic chip failure; I'm looking for a fix, and have been offered the logic board of a 900MHz as a replacement.

Any thoughts on the possibility of this switch?

Seems Possible

It should work, the Video cards on both motherboards are the same and just glancing at some of the pictures it seems that the motherboards should have the same layout.
