Canon Pixma IP1000

Does anybody know where I may obtain a manual for the above printer. I need to clean the printheads and whils I can access the maintenance section of the driver, it does not explain how to acces all the windows mentioned and there is no obvious wasy to carry through the sequence necessary.

Maybe, someone just knows how to access the necessary sequences.

HELP PLEASE!!!!!!
