PowerBook G4 diagnosed with faulty logics board

My 15" PowerBook G4 diagnosed with faulty logics board was diagnosed with a faulty logics board. It is not recognizing on DIMM, yes I have switched DIMMS and installed new DIMMS. I heard that there was a recall for these things but can't seem to find any information on it.

I can't seem to remember any recall for the Powerbook G4 aside from the battery recall.

There was a repair extension

There was a repair extension for the 1.5/1.67ghz January 2005 models if memory serves me correctly.
