Just want to give a shout of thanks out to David Schmidt , if you ever get in a jam when it comes to transfering floppies he is the guy to go to. He just sent me a kick ass updated High Speed USb->Serial adapter and it works better then the one I originally had! Works like a charm on my //e with my Laptop! Thanks again Dave!

Patrick.

Re: Thanks

I'm glad it finally got you going. I know it's been a tough road to get all the connections working correctly. So many variables, so little time... Smile

It's the same one. Fast is 1

It's the same one. Fast is 115.2kbps, the fastest anyone has been able to get old Apples to go. I think the adapter will really go twice that speed, but it's irrelevant for our purposes.
