Value? Rarity? IIc+ thang

I have an Apple IIc+ w/ this card... a Applied Engineering "RAM EXPRESS II," it has a battery (indicating a clock?) and all of the sockets are filled.

I'm assuming that this means it has a full meg as my google searches have turned up that a full meg was the only card made for this machine (one by Apple, the other by AE)???

How rare is this card?

I thinking of trying to get a Commodore 128D (I know, a heretic:)) and I might get rid of my IIc+ rig as I still have my trusty IIe kickin'round.

Here is the other stuff besides the IIc+ and the RAM card:

-Apple brand IIc/IIe analog j-stick
-Original (and damned cool) Apple brand paddles
-(2) IIc/IIe mice (mouses)
-DuoDrive (2 5.1/4)
-Apple Composite Color Monitor
-The funky little greenscreen (Picture tweaked slightly)

Thanks for your help.

(And for the evangelicals, don't worry besides the IIe I'm running a iBook 12"/900 G3 and lovin' OS X:) )

A//c+ RAM memory card / value

//c+'s have a value on Ebay, sell one as a system with monitors, external drives, and the memory card (installed and tested), and you should make $100.00. I know, no big deal, but it's better than throwing it away or giving it to a thrift store.

I sold a stock IIc+ with external 5.25" drive and a 9" green monitor for $115 last month on ebay. That's midrange in terms of prices. More complete systems (software, manuals, etc.) were getting over $150 when I was researching the value.

FWIW almost all of the bids outside of the US. International shipping (for me at least) wasn't much harder than shipping something across the state.
