iMovie Help

Ii just tried to install iLife 09' on a G4 powerbook running leopard all the other applications seemed to have installed except for imovie. I have i DVD but no i Movie. WHat reason could there be for this?

Requires a G5 or Intel

iMovie 08 and 09 both require a G5 or Intel processor. You'll need to track down a copy of iLife 06 and install *only iMovie* from there.

» 24 Macs running System 6 thru Snow Leopard
5 PCs running Windows (3.1 thru Vista), Ubuntu and Fedora
Apple IIe, Apple IIgs, Color OneScanner, QuickTake 100 and 150
iPod touch 2G 16GB, purple iPod shuffle 1GB

I have a copy of iLife 06. How do I install only iMovie?

Custom install

As you go through the installer, watch for a button that says "Customize." Click that and uncheck all the boxes except iMovie.
