Search doesn't work

Why is it that when you put "Mac GUI" in the search box it doesn't find the topic titled:
Mac GUI Releases Vault- Retro Apple Computing Archive

that is only 7 days old?
Likely because the search accepts only keywords longer than 3 characters. This is fairly common with most site searches.
But there could be something else wrong, too.
