Looking for Ethernet Adapter for SE/30

Hi,
I am looking for an ethernet adapter for the Mac SE/30 internal PDS slot.
RJ45 connector preferred, like the ones from Asante or Farallon.
It seems that those cards are pretty hard to find these days, so any help would be appreciated!
