Wanted: EDO sodimm laptop memory chip.

Like the title says, I want a EDO sodimnm for a laptop.
It is a rare bird, used mainly on the later pentium one laptops but the dell d300xt (pentium 2 300mhz) laptop that someone gave me, still uses the pre pc66 sodimms even though most laptops by then had migrrated to pc66/100 sodimms.
Anyway, i'm looking for either a 64 meg chip or the elusive 128 meg chip. I would be willing to pay about 50 dollars or so for the 128 meg chip.
